Mr. Pedro Francisco Marquez is a well-known producer in pageantry that has worked for the Miss Universe Organization in 2007. He is devoted to philanthropy, and the head of the non-governmental organization “Ruyalar”, which has launched projects together with the United Nations Refugee Agency in the Middle East. He has been awarded in several countries due to his contribution in the cultural sphere.
